Welcome! I am a licensed psychologist with a private practice in Holliston, MA.
I specialize in the treatment of disordered eating/eating disorders and mood and anxiety disorders. In addition, I have extensive training and experience helping those who are coping with various medical conditions, stress-related difficulties and quality of life issues. My clinical work also focuses on supporting people of all ages through the vast array of life transitions and role changes that inevitably occur (such as adjusting to/coping with college life, relocation, job changes, relationship shifts, adjusting to new siblings, caring for new babies or older parents, etc.) and/or coping with grief and loss, including pet loss. Included in this category is also the work I do with children and adolescents who are having difficulties connecting socially, managing academically, and understanding their growing selves.
Beyond clinical services, I am available for supervision, consultation, and training services to mental health practitioners, medical and educational professionals, as well as students and organizations. Supervision, consultation and training is available in the areas of eating disorders, behavioral medicine, developmental life transitions, grief and loss, and healthcare organizational/system functioning.
